I've heard that the 150 Johnson had some soft gears in 2001. How about the 2002 and up models, was there any problems in these year models? I have, what the dealer listed on the sales receipt as a 2003, but the decal on the OB has a manufactured date as 5/2002. Can this be a 2003 model? I thought the model year change was in August or September.
