150 Merc Bogs Down

I have a 1984 Merc 150 V6. I have recently been experiencing poor idle at higher trim positions used when I fish shallow water. Also, when coming on the trailer and driving on, I usually trim to the top of the trim mode to keep from damaging my prop when driving the boat onto the trailer. I now get a motor bog down doing this. I would like to know the opinion of what may be not corrrect. I have rebuilt the carbs within the last year. Motor runs very well at WOT and mid range.

I suspect that one of your carb floats is sticking when the engine is tilted. They do get worn and with too much clearance on the guide pin they will stick.
