150hp 2.0L - Help Identify These Parts (Pic)

In this pic what is the function of the 3 adjustable screws/bolts on the arm? Is the lower one for idle adjustment?

Top screw is maximum spark advance screw
Middle is primary pickup screw
Bottom is idle stop screw
