Changed the stator the other day and while replacing the part I noticed that the wire for the choke was disconnected. I reconnected the wire and starts just great. Took the boat out on the water the other day engaged choke by pushing key in and no click. Boat ran OK, just, but would only pull about 4200 rpm at WOT. Could the choke be jammed on resulting in a drop in power. Thanks for your response in advance.
