15hp 2006 merc tiller to remote question

Hi all, I am wondering how difficult it may be to convert my 2006 15hp from tiller to remote with throttle? I really do not want to sell it and rebuy a remote version ( I love my outboard). I currently use it on a inflatable but might buy a skiff and want to turn it into a center console.

If you use factory parts and controls it is very expensive. I setup a 05 15hp with 1970s ish Gale control look for Star's post in controls (pictures) I did have a machine shop at my disposal. Teleflex steering. About $150 with cable.
