Hello
First off, this forum is great!
I just picked up a early 80s Sea King 15hp.
The pull start is not engaging. The white plastic part that is supposed to raise up and make contact with the teeth is not popping up. It will if I slightly lift it, but it will not on it's own.
Any ideas on fixing it?
Also, there is a button type rubber dealy on the front of the engine with two wires leading to the main body of the motor? Is this the kill switch?
There are a few positions on the choke, what are the different settings?
