I have a 2007 Yamaha 4-stroke 15 hp F15CESH with only 100 hrs on it. It's been serviced and runs great except it sounds like it is not reaching its top rpm.I run it at high altitudes (4000-5000 feet or so) and realize it could be a prop proplem but still think there could be an ajustment to gain more speed. I'm wondering if Yamaha, in order to have this motor rated 3-star low emission, didn't use the throttle cam from their 9.9Hp. Any Ideas?
