I have a 14' Aluminum semi-V. I had decked it out 15 years ago and just completely rebuilt it. I would like to sell it and get a larger Jon to build. I have no idea what its worth? Any input would be appreciated. And I know you can pinpoint it but is it $1000 or $3000?

Depending on when you sell it depends on what it will draw. Check ebay for like boats and see what they are pulling in (check completed items). It's all supply and demand. Boats such as yours should bring good money IF (big if) someone is looking for one.

I would guess 1500-2000 maybe more.
