Model Number P175TLRS 94, 175. Fuel filter and gasket. I was going to change this out but got an O ring and a filter screen, Part Numbers 61N-24563-00-00,

This motor has a flat gasket, does this O ring replace that? The reason for the change is one it has never been changed and the gasket if not put in just so leaks.
Please advise if possible.
