18' 8" or 19' bayliner

Hello<br /> I just bought a bayliner it is a 1985. It was advertised as 19', but when I looked at the title it says 18'8". Is this right that they can call it 19'???

I think you will find that is common, that the mfgs round, for the better spec. Part of the marketing game.

I had a 1992 1950 Capri Classic it was called a 19' boat, but same as yours on the title & in reality it was 18' 8".
