18hp Johnson Impeller parts?

Before I go and get it my new 18hp Johnson in the water, I want to replace the impeller. I am in the process of getting a manual for the motor.
Are thee any other parts/gaskets that I should change when I relpace the impeller? I would like to order the parts prior to getting the manual.
Are all the parts available on iboats?
Should I buy the owners manual, service manual or both?

Hi
As always I would recomend getting the water pump kit. It will have every thing you will need to do it right. Don't take it apart until you have the kit lay all the new stuff out and be sure you have the right kit. Then go for it.
I would say the service manual is all you will need there is not much info on repairs in an owner manual. You should be able to get everything you need at this site.

When I have the lower unit off, I usually pressure test it to see if any seals are leaking. If there is water in the lower unit, now is a good time to replace the faulty seals.
