19 ft spectrum weight

Hi im thinking of buying a 19ft Spectrum aluminum bowrider with a 2.3l inboard.
My towing capacity is 2000lbs on my car i think i saw somewhere that the boat weight is 2100 but again im not sure.
will adding a tranny oil cooler and better brakes be sufficiant to tow 100 lbs over my limit or do i need to buy a beater pickup or van too??
