I am assuming you are talking about the hatch in the floor just in front of the livewell? If so I ordered one a few years back for my 19cc. I am pretty sure it is made by daytona plastics. I just don't remember the size. I think you can find one here. They are not too expensive the one I got was an exact match and was easy to install, just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one.
Try ebay too. I don't remember the exact dimentions but seem to remember something like 13 1/2 x 17 could be wrong tho. Anyway if you find a hatch by daytona plastics with the same dimentions as yours it will fit without any drilling. I'm guessing another brand and you may have to do some cutting or drilling.
