I have a 190 V6 Merc that has been working great all season. The other day it started raining pretty heavily while I was filling up the gas tank. I thought about the water getting in but did not think it would be a problem. Well the engine wont start and when it does it wil just rumble and stall. I think some water may have gotten in there. When I try and start it sometimes I will get a small poff of smoke that comes out of the circle thing on the top of the engine. If there is anyway I can get the water out myself that would be great dont want to bring it in to a mechanic thanks so much in advance. the engine year is 1998 as well if that helps.
