Here are some updates of the current restoration project I have. This is a 1941 Johnson HD-20 I started a while back. This baby is all new inside the powerhead. I still have a little machine work modifications to have done to the lower unit, then I can paint it and get it assembled.

Nice job, is the cylinder head iron or aluminum? I have a KLS-15 ? but I need pistons and a cylinder head, as cylinder head was cast iron and solid rust. yours sure looks good

This one is all aluminum. One of the guys at the AOMCI could probably help you out with what you need
