Ahhhh, you have the coveted lower shroud that usually got lost and the retractable pull cord that was an option. I restored one probably 20 years ago and it sat in the corner until my son decided to disassemble it. Now it's in a box.

The short answer is "you don't". But there may be used parts or even a few new ones in somebody's stash. If you are going to be restoring motors such as that, you need to be aware of the Antique Outboard Motor Club, The Antique Outboard Motor Club Website - AOMCI.org Better yet, join the club. They have a Flambeau Special Interest Group. Non-members have access to Ask-A-Member forum and Webvertize classified ads pages.

Good luck and enjoy your new hobby.

Thanks for the tips! I'll get after it this winter, another guy saw it and is going to give me 3-4 others that look similar he said. Hopefully I'll have a matching pair?
