1949 Mercury KE4 Rocket 7.5

I just purchased a 1949 Mercury Rocket 7.5, and I'm looking to turn the motor over. Is there a specific brand of 2 cycle oil I should use? The mixture is 40:1 correct?

Mixture is 16:1 .Brand of oil really doesn't matter as long as it is tcw-3 rated. Synthetic oil will give you less smoke.
