1950's Starter ring gear torque specs.

Is there a torque specification for the starter ring gear bolts to the flywheel assembly on a 1954 25hp? I can't find one in my factory service manual.

Not that I can find either, other than the standard screw torque list:
#10 screws 25-35in/lb
#12 screws 35-40 in/lb
1/4" 60-80 in/lb
5/16" 120-140 in/lb
3/8" 220-240 in/lb

Flywheel nut is 60-65 Ft/lb
