1953 SEA KING Parts

I am new to boat motors but have done some small engine work.
The Information I have for it is a 1953 Sea King made by Gale 5S10 model. I have a couple questions about parts.
Where Can I find these Parts?
Carb Kit? Does this include packings for gas shut off and primer?
Water pump kit?
Repair manual?

Also I have seen pictures of a 1954 seaking showing a shift lever. I dont think the 53' has that. I believe I am missing a spring that is suppost to attach to the prime knob. Where would that attach onto the carb?

Every Place I have looked online do not have a carb kits for 53' only 54' and up
I am in Iowa and if i can find local places to look besides online would be great also.
I Did replace the coils. still no spark so I have found the tune up kit for it.

Any help where to look would be great. Thanks

Seems to have some good recommendations... better than what I first wrote.

In some markets, NAPA sells outboard and marine engine parts.

I acually looked at that tread the other day. I am going to order the service manual and tune up kit this week. Im so glad my Brother-in-law pointed me to this site.
