Well, marineengine.com only goes back to 1955 and they are quite a lot different motors than the '54 model. There is however a member here named samo_ott, who is a good friend of mine and he has helped me out with parts lists in the past. Ask him nicely, he most likely will help you out. If you're in his neighborhood, stop by and buy him a cup of coffee.
