1956 points adjustment question

quick question on 1956 15 hp evinrude points adjust

do you set .020 at the fly wheel key or
or at the top with arrow on magneto cam ( it says top on and alittle arrow)

this is where i think i should set at. ???

Either/or. Set them within the square block marked "top", or at the flywheel key--or anywhere in between. Shouldn't make any difference. I use the center of the "top"
