Was at a Car Show Cruise In and come across this amazing little boat. Just thought you all might like a look. Pretty cool boat.

Very cool. Aristo-Crafts are great boats. I saw one similar that was not painted, just stained and varnished. Beautiful.

When I was a kid a neighbor had a 14'. They are cool and I wish I could afford one today.

very nice but I prefer old wood boats to look like wood,,, unpainted

Thanks for posting that picture! That boat, motor, color combo was my "dream boat" back when they were new. Going to a wooden boat show in two weeks and hope to see one up close. Will post my picture if I find anything really cool. Thanks again!

That's the first painted Torpedo I've seen. I prefer them natural myself.

"bonz_d" Thanks for the link. Being an old car & boat enthusiast, I enjoyed going through their website. Good to see so many are still out there and being manufactured by the son. Would love to own one and pull it behind either my 37 Plymouth or my 49 De Soto to go boating. My first boat was wood (don't remember the brand). Restored it and unfortunately sold it after about a year.:blue:
