1957 evinrude 10 hp carb rebuild

I have a 10 hp evinrude 1957 sportwin I went thru engin 75 lbs compression, took it up to the lake and put it on a 15 foot lund, fired it up and it just cavitates when I put the power to it. ajusted the trim linkage to the full and then to the min, same thing cavited, also played with the carb settings and it killed. The high ran on 4 to 4 1/2 setting the low setting went well on 3, but it died when I put the throdle in idle and cavited when I went full blast.
Anyone know where to buy a carb kit and anyone have a manual to show how to rebuild a carb?

Carb kits available here on Iboats, or go to a Johnnyrude dealer and get a factory kit with the float. Is the cavitation plate even with the bottom of the hull? If it's a short shaft motor and a deep transom it will cavitate. Or is it just revving up and going nowhere? If the latter, could be a spun prop hub.
