1957 Sea King parts search

I have a 1957 Sea King 13 1/2 speed boat I have restored. I have the light the horn and the rear view mirror At the bow of the boat it looks like a piece is missing. There are 4 holes and I have seen a picture of what I think goes there it looks like an anchor bracket. I can find no information on this part and Sea King disappeared many years ago. Can anyone help me locate this part. I live in Washington State.

it was probably a standard bow cleat. can you find the picture and post it?
