1958 Evinrude Fastwin 18

This motor has'nt ran in 10 years. It is getting good spark, fuel in carb, good compression. I've checked the reeds, carb float, and neddle seat. The spark plugs are bone dry, even when fully choked. When I do choke it fuel pours out of the carb. Yet the plugs remain dry. Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to rebuild the Carb. It is obviously gummed up internally with old fuel. If you can find a rebuild kit, that would be better! Otherwise, take it apart and spray "Marine" carb cleaner in all the passages and inside of carb, blow out with compressed air & set float so that it is "Level" with the bowl. You should be good to go after that.
