Re: 1958 Wizard 5.5hp

58 5.5 was built by Oliver is an Oliver series J .I believe Oliver was in production from about 55 - 60. Oliver bought rights to Chris-Craft outboards about 1955. And made a go of it till about 1960. Scarce as hens teeth. A slight collector attraction due to the Oliver/Chriscraft connection.
Value would vary based on condition/condition/condition.And completeness.
They may be able to help you at www.aomci.org but don't ask value.
Fuel mix is 16:1, 1/2 pt to a gallon use TCW3 rated oil. Original plugs are J8JM set at .028,point gap is .018.Model MD Tillotson carb.Scintilla Magneto.Early fuel pumps have a glass bowl later were simple squarish pump.
My circa 1967 Abos aftermarket service manual has 7 pages of Oliver service info.
