Looking to repaint hull and never done aluminum before. Sand prime and paint.or strip. Best product to use. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Answer this one, Gianny and it means you're closer to adding pics on post #4.

Is the current paint badly chipped and scratched? The condition more or less determines the need to strip.

Not terrible more scuffed than anything. Boat still has original paint and I purchased it from the original owner who bought it new

That paint looks like it just needs rubbing compound and polish to remove oxidation and restore shine. Might be worth a try before stripping....
