1959 Evinrude 5.5hp

I have a 1959 Evinrude 5518 5.5hp and I can't track down the parts needed for the upper shaft. I have check iboats parts and can't find any thing as to acually purchase the parts. Anyone now where I can get my hands on them?

You have to get that stuff from an Evinrude dealer. Or, you can get them direct from BRP online. The website doesn't go back that old, but no problem, it goes back to 1968 and it has the same parts.
