1960 Model Merc 300EL Wire diagram

I have a 1960 Model Merc 300EL ser#1325688. The egnition was ripped out along with the controls and harness and I want to start it to move it back to the repair dock.
I picked up a harness and controls.
1-I have an independent starter switch.
2-Choke switch
3-on off switch

Red and Yellow - starter?
Gray - Choke using red jumper from starter switch?
Salmon - ?
White - Dist
Brown - tac - Not used.
Black - ?
Large Black and Large Red for connection to Battery.
First is this a Pos ground engine?
What wires do I connect to keep it running after it starts.

This is great. I am still looking to see what wires to connect to keep it running after it is started. I have an independent starter button, independent choke button and an on off switch. I do need to find what wires to connect so I don't burn anything up. It looks like I'll have to get another starter switch but the control box has been damaged and will have to mount it elsewhere.
