1962 75hp head help

I took the head off my outboard and I was wondering if I could use the head gasket again or do i need to get a new one?

A new one is what you need. Re-using the old one is failure waiting to happen. Gaskets form a seal between the head and block when they are installed and heated. A used gasket is unable to reliably reform that seal.
