Perfect Lindy46 from your reply, you where right about the float, it was in a really bad condition and replaced the float with a new one! cleaned entire carb and changed all gaskets, overhauling completed. So the adjustment knob on the right controls the bottom high speed correct? I have a diagram informing of adjusting for the needles and need to know, do I adjust/tighten by hand and how do I know how tight is right before I start to adjust?
trying to complete before the rain arrives!

Adjustment starting points are given from "seated". Seated being the needle turned in by hand until it stops, never "tightened". Read the "Top Secret File".
