1962 Mercury 850 not firing on all 6 all, the time!

What I have is an inline 6 1962 850, I have replaced the points, both sets, condensors, coils, and the rotor, the cap and wires are good.The timing between dist and flywheel are correct, the engine runs good on 3 cylinders but the other 3 cut in and out...
Any help would be great.

Check for bad points or condenser, if the points are bad they will show up on a dwell meter

Points are fine, Where do I get a dwell meter?
