Made by Gale Products Divisin of OMC. Related to Johnson and Evinrudes but not the same except for the ignition and recoil starter. Nice little motor, I have one for a kicker on my own boat. It'll troll down to a very slow put-put. And cold-start on one pull once you get the hang of it. You can't get parts at the corner store, but they are out there. Depends on what you need.

Original was 1/2 pint of 30 weight non-detergent oil to a gallon of gas. (16:1). That was changed to 1/3 pint of outboard oil (TC-W3) to a gallon (24:1). Don't let anybody talk you into running it leaner than that. The aluminum connecting rod needs lube. If you object to the smoke, use 100% Synthetic TC-W3 outboard oil.
