I have no spark on my 1964 evinrude lark. I pulled the flywheel and inspected the coils, condensers, breaker points and couldn't see anything burnt. What is a good way to test these components w/the flywheel removed?

Don't know what model you have but failure of the Plug Wires is common. Need to pull them and check the continuity. They fail after a time.

Your flywheel contains the magnets that are needed to create the electric charge that causes the spark. So you will need the flywheel to check for spark.
You can check the individual parts to make sure they are in good condition. But the final confirmation is with the flywheel on.
