1964 MFG Niagara Custom

This is my first Post here Guys , so If I screw up, I appologize in advance. I just picked up this 1964 MFG Niagara Custom with a 40 HP Johnson RDS 22 Engine. Has not been registered or ran since 1998. Like your advice as to if you guys think it's a worth while project to restore or if it's just a Cool Looking Piece of junk.

Nice boat! Check out the MFG forums in the manufacturer's section. A few there have restored Niagras. They'll love to see those photos.
