Sea Kings were built by a number of builders.Without a model number(usually on the mounting bracket)it is diffucult to be sure what you have My guess is it is a V4 it was built by The Gale devision of OMC.And is based on the Evinrude/Johnson of that design.
Fuel mix is 50:1 TCW3 rated oil.Use standard outboard lower unit lube. You should also consider changing the impeller before any serious running. That should be a nice Collector boat.It is unusual to have the original boat/motor combination after all these years.

Could it be GG18808B or GG18808A? That would be a '63 60hp Gale. I don't think it's a Chrysler, who made Sea Kings after '63, since they're closest engine is a 50hp I-2 (Inline 2 cylinder).

GG18808B is a 63 60hp built by Gale this is identical to the Gale 60DEL15 and similar to the
Evunrude/Johnsons of similar years.Service manuals may be available at www.kencook.com.under Gale or Evinrude/Johnson would serve as well. These motors are pretty reliable.reasonably rugged. They have a really cool sound, pretty good low end torque and are pretty thirsty. Some ignition parts may be hard to find.
As far as the boat goes you could go to fiberglassics.com,mostly fiberglass boats but many catalogs with both aluminum and fiberglass.
Probably no Seakings but they were surely built buy someone other than SeaKing.
