1964 Traveler

So last week I bought a 17' 1964 Traveler with the trailer and a 75 HP Evinrude for $200. The boat looks to be intact and the motor runs but needs work. The boat needs some good paint and new seats but should make a nice boat when fixed up.

I was just wondering if anybody knew anything about these things. Seams like they only made them for a few years.

Is it fiberglass or aluminum? We've got guys on here that know TONS about either. Should be plenty of help in the Evinrude section for your motor as well. Welcome to iboats. Got any pics? We love pics.

Howdy MW. Do you have a serial number on that engine? I did a rebuild on a 70473M with a 70773S power head.
