1964 yachtwin

ok hey guys i just aquired a 1964 evinrude yachtwin 3hp outboard. It currently does not run. Any info on where i could find info on this motor? also where can i get parts for it? any info would be great.

Pre mix your fuel 50:1, Regular 87 octane to TCW3 oil. Spark plugs are Champion J6C. They are fairly similar from 1951 through 1967. Check out the FAQ for a thread by JB entitled Outboard Wont Start and let us know what you find.

Another good idea would be to get yourself a factory OEM Service Manual if you intend to do some work yourself, check ebay or www.outboardbooks.com for a factory reprint.
