1965 Evinrude 40HP Safety switch

This is what I've done so far tell me what I'm missing?

I wired the ignition to the solenoid to the motor.

I have the ignition hooked up to the cut off witch goes to the Safety
switch. Do I need to hook up another wire going to the safety switchon the
other side of it? and if so where do I connect that to?

Only one wire on the safety switch. The other terminal is not used. The switch completes the circuit to ground through it's mounting.
