1965 Evinrude 6HP prop...

I hit a submerged log about 3 weeks ago and broke the blade off my (2 blade) prop. Haven't fished since because I cannot locate a prop.

Can someone please confirm that I have correct info about what will fit my outboard?

I've been told a 1954-1965 5.5 or 6 HP prop will work... is this correct?

I've located a few 1966 6-15HP but not sure if that would work.

IBOATS store doesn't show anything older than 1980 for Evinrudes.

Hi i know they changed it to a 3 blade prop, but you can try these guys http://discount-marine-parts.com/ or take it to a repair shop. Good luck
