I am going to be going through this engine and outdrive here very soon, to determine a "baseline" condition. It was last run four years ago, and was told it all worked. As I am very new to boating, but not to engines, I am more worried about the non engine/marine specific items. Any thoughts or suggestions on where to start would be greatly appreciated.
