All, I would like to give a official Thank you to iboats.com and to all of you who helped me rebuilding this motor. Without you I wouldn't have completed this so easy. Please see the vid below. Keep in mind the motor was in BAD non-running condition. All the paint on the engine was chipping and falling off. Thanks for looking!

Awesome!!!! Super nice paint job. Looks like you have got a winner. I have a 62 Evinrude 40 that i bought of ebay for $100.00, all it needed was a water pump impeller and plugs.....love those old motors.

28- 32 mph according to the GPS...if I had power tilt-n-trim maybe a weeeeee bit faster....
