I have a 66' 60 hp johnson. I have been following the repair manual trying to sync the carb with the ignition timing. The throttle rod which goes from the throttle advance cam to the tower shaft has been bent. I cant my carb to full throttle and have my ignition fully advanced at the same time. Anyone know where I can get a new used throttle rod? Anyone know how to bend that thing correctly? This is the last task in restoring my old motor. Thanks
