1966 V4 60hp Starter Issue

I just woke up a 66 v4 60 hp that fired right up and I have it running nice off the bat. Only issue that started recently is the starter. The bendix got stuck up in the flywheel and i applied a little oil and it is retracting ok but it still is very noisy and sounds like it is whining when starting.

Any suggestions to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
