Does anyone have a driveshaft coupler for this model, or could anyone post a sketch with the internal dimentions? I have an idea this part may be hard to find, but if I can get the dimentions, I could make one.

Well, I'm not sure about the 1967 folder, but the coupler and other parts for the folding model are still available for the 1968 model. I doubt seriously if there were any changes. The coupler alone, is part number 0313498. All the surrounding parts, such as bushings and pins are also available.

You can see an exploded view by going to ishopmarine.com, then clicking Parts Lists at the top of the screen and following the links to your model, but for 1968. See if they look the same.

The coupler lists for just over $20.

Best of luck with your folder.

CATransplant: I called the local dealer with that part number, it is no longer available. My parts book lists it as unavailable since 83.

Check with ishopmarine.com, then. If something's not available there, they don't show a price for it. It's on their page and it has a price. I'd go to their site, call them, and see. I'll bet they have it.

So far, nothing I've ordered from them with a price on it has been unavailable. They may have a stock of older parts that are no longer available through your local dealer. I'd sure give it a try.

I just went back there and they let me add it to a cart. Their inventory system won't add a part that's not in stock. I wouldn't wait too long, though. You never know when that's the last one they have.

CATransplant: Called, and they had the part, I will have it a week, to 10 days. Thanks for the help on this, it saved me a lot of work.

Good deal! I've had good luck with them, myself. Now you can get your folder up and ready to go.
