Hello. . .. .
I bought this boat / motor a year ago and it came with a new impeller in the boat, and I was curious if it is the right one for this motor. This one Measures 88 1/2mm across the fins, and the Shaft hole I.D. is 20mm, and it is 32mm thick.

I tried to call a couple local shops to verify this and they refused to give me the verification, just that they would sell me the 377992 impeller for the motor for $50, but if this is the right one I don't need to buy a new one as this one is new.

I would rather be certain that this is the right one before pulling the lower end.

Thanks in advance for your help, and i guess i should know better then ask the local shops, as you guys on here are priceless, and have always given me great info and advise THANK YOU !!!

Can't tell you a thing about the actual measurements of your impeller, but I can tell you the correct size impeller will be larger diameter than the housing. The fins must be folded somewhat in order to fit into the housing. If your impeller does not do this (smaller diameter than housing) then it is not the correct one and you should replace it. You probably should replace it anyway just to start with a clean slate.

Edit: I just re-read your posting and see now that the new impeller you have is in-hand, not installed. Right? If so, take it to your local dealer and ask if he has a 377992 in stock and maybe he'll let you compare it.

I Tried that and the local shops are Jackass's, they would not give me the measurements, and said I could not compare them, if i did come in, but would happily sell me a new one for $50, so it was best I did not go there in person . . . . what a way to operate :-(

If i do end up needing a different one I sure as hell won't buy it locally = jackass's

I just figured one of the experts on here would know these measurements, have them in a manual, or could pull one off the shelf and get them ??

Have a great Day

I don't have one in-hand to compare it with, but am familiar with the impeller. After struggling with those metric conversions, I would say you probably have the correct impeller.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but is there someone out there who can be certain this is the right one ???
