1968 20 HP Johnson FD-22a Gear Case Seal Kit ?

I recently picked up a Johnson FD-22a and am slowly going through it. The usual carb, water pump, ect.. Here is my problem. I drained the lower unit and you guessed it water and oil came out. i am looking for a gearcase seal kit. Does anyone know either the part number for it or where i can pick one up? Or do i need to order each seal individually?

Inspect gears and bearings first before ordering parts.

I will of course inspect the gears and bearings. I do have 2 other lower units that might work for parts. Both of them 18 HP Evinrudes. a 1958 and 1959. I picked them up at an estate sale years ago.. From my understanding these are basically still the same motors based on the 22cu, other than Carb/Intake.

Same lower unit will fit as a complete swap from 58 to 76.-----There may be differences internally and I have even found some with the upgraded needle bearings on the forward gear.

I will let you know how the internals of the gear case look soon. hopefully today.. if i get the time to take it apart..
