I think these forums are the best thing since the microwave, thanks to everyone dedicated to helping people with engine problems. I purchased a 1968 Merc 110, 9.8 and it has all the fuel lines removed. There are three connectors coming off the fuel pump. One connector that hooks up to the tank and another brass connector on the side about 6" from the fuel pump. Can anyone help me connect the brass fittings with fuel lines?

The early model fuel pumps are basically this, one port is the inlet, one is the outlet, and one goes to the crankcase bypass.

MercMan82,

Thank-you for the prompt reply.
I attached an image to show the fittings and put red arrows where from your advice I think lines should be connected.
Is this correct?

That's the integrated fuel pump. Those arrows are correct. The far right is the fuel connector that goes to the tank. It should be attached to the inlet of the fuel pump. The other two arrows should be connected as this is the hose that goes from the fuel pump diaphragm to the crankcase.

MercMan82,

That is exactly what I needed to complete the job.
Now I can get on the water with a smaller trolling motor and get those Walleyes.
Thanks again for your prompt answers, this site is awesome!
