1968 Ted Williams Motor Parts

I have a 1968 ted williams 9 hp motor built by McCulloch. I need the pulley the goes on top of the flywheel for the recoil start, Also dual poins and water pump. I've checked flebay and other online sources but no having much luck. My model number is 574-59740 and serial number 68600910.

I have owned a couple didnt have problems finding parts. Points you can get at NAPA.

That might be your water pump. You should remove your old one and double check. Look under Scott McCulloch or just McCulloch for parts on ebay. There are sources from people who make replicas if you send them your old one.

That pump is correct and will work, Order 2 right away because the bailer is.the same pump. I do not believe you can get the points from Napa for that motor. Around 1965 they changed the points to a different style they are available on ebay. Sierra will send you the wrong ones. The older engines used a briggs.style points.

There is no pulley on the flywheel for that motor. Put up a pic of your recoil. The recoil for those show up frequently on ebay.
