1969 Exhaust Manifold

Hi ... I have a 1969 Evinrude 19ft boat with a 4 cylinder Chevy motor Model CUFM-69B.... While replacing the exhaust manifold gasket I noticed the pipe coming off the manifold to the hose connecting it to the intermediate housing was cracked on the inner sleeve... The sleeve that separates the water from the exhaust. I tried to have it welded just to find out the crack runs all the way around the elbow and they can't weld it.... The part number on the pipe is 331601.... I can't find this anywhere and two dealers tell me that number is no longer available.... I can't even find a diagram of it online... This is the dual carb manifold.... Any one know where I can find this part... Any help would be greatly appericated.... Thanks

see attached pic. That part number you give doesn't compute, but
#27 is 0380447 ELBOW & STUD ASSY 1 $180.00 USD Available at any Evinrude dealer.
Pipe # 30 is 0311553 ELBOW,Adapter
